Knitted fabrics for apparel that I’ve worked on over the past few years are in conversation with much of my work for interior spaces-- I’m interested in garments that are less specific in form and overall shape and moreso in pattern and color, as well as how the body and the environment work in tandem with one another.
The Night Walk Sweater is an observative study of the quality of light and movement in Providence, while Invisibility Cloak for Another World is a urther exploration on the fictionalization of a landscape, and ways in which environment/personhood mutually shape one another.
