Em is a fourth year student majoring in textiles at Rhode Island School of Design. They’re primarily interested in fabrics for home spaces, particularly their transformative and transportable qualities and the act of building landscape through textiles within spaces haunted by a multitude of invisible and intertwined stories.
Through fabrics for the interior, continual drawing practice, occasional apparel-making and other experiments, they aim to find different ways of archiving, reworking, and exaggerating the day, thinking about the parallels between landscape, fiction, and self.
